After spending time in places like Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and Japan, I fell in love with the energy of Asian flavour. Every country had its own unique flavours — smoky satay grills in Indonesia, comforting hawker noodles in Malaysia, spicy street snacks in Thailand, bold Korean street food, and Japanese festival favourites.

That’s when Cemplon was created — that brings together the best Asian street food flavours in one experience. Instead of choosing just one culture, Cemplon celebrates them all.

November 2023, the idea started taking shape — from testing flavours, building recipes, and designing a menu that reflects the diversity of Asian food while still feeling authentic and familiar.
