STORE POLICY
1. General Policy
Champion Catering provides Indonesian and Balinese catering services, snack platters, and event food packages. By placing an order through our website, email, or phone, you agree to the following store policies and terms of service.
2. Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Large orders, catering packages, or custom menus may require 5–7 days’ notice.

Orders are only confirmed once full details (date, time, location, menu selection) are provided.

We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders depending on availability and capacity.
3. Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure all catering bookings.

Full payment must be received 24 hours before the event.

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, debit/credit card, and online payment (if available).

For last-minute orders, full payment is required upon ordering.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event:
✔ Full refund of deposit or payment. -
Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the event:
✔ 50% refund. -
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event:
❌ No refund (food and preparation costs are already incurred). -
Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.
5. Delivery & Pickup Policy

Delivery is available across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Delivery fees vary based on distance, travel time, and order size.

Delivery times are approximate; we aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Pickup is available from our nominated location with confirmed time slots.
6. Food Handling & Consumption

All food is freshly prepared.

For health and safety reasons, we recommend consuming food within 2 hours of delivery for non-refrigerated dishes and within 1 hour for items requiring heat.

Once delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for safe food handling.
7. Allergy & Dietary Policy

We offer vegetarian, vegan, and non-spicy options upon request.

IMPORTANT: Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, and seafood.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
